Stefan is a highly experienced change consultant with a background in consulting and senior management. He has worked in a variety of sectors including health, consulting and academia. During his time in the health sector his career included spells as a board director of strategy, operations and marketing and as chief executive of a hospital trust.
Stefan has worked in consulting for the past seven years and has experience of working with a wide range of organizations and projects including leadership development, organizational change, scenario planning, coaching, designing and running development centres and communications training.
Stefan works from a strengths based approach. He aims to help people and organisations build upon their existing skills and knowledge of what works well. His work involves hosting World Café, Open Space and Appreciative Inquiry processes alongside working with individuals and teams to help them explore their personal values, attitudes and behaviours and how these are influenced and influence others in the team and wider system.
Stefan is a trained coach, he holds three degrees and is currently completing (part time) a PhD on organisational change at Middlesex University, London.
