Celia is an experienced and qualified trainer and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience in enabling personal and organisational development within the changing context of the public sector. This is underpinned by a Diploma in Training Management and an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching.
Celia has designed and delivered a range of effective L&D/O&D learning interventions, including 360° degree feedback, leadership competencies, coaching/action learning groups and a senior leadership development programme which was recognised by the National Training Awards. She has excellent communication and organisational abilities, with extensive experience of working effectively, in a group or one to one situation, with people at all levels, including senior managers.
Celia believes that strong relationships are essential in successful organisations and partnerships. She has worked with a range of partners, including the Technip and Heerema and University of Birmingham in the delivery of leadership and coaching programmes. She also has experience of working in a very challenging environment and supporting others positively through the change process, at both an individual and organisational level.
