We have an team of coaches, supervisors and coach trainers, which can deliver face to face, telephone and Skype coaching in the UK or across the globe.
We offer 1-1 and group coaching for everyone in your organisation from graduates to senior managers. Our coaches bring experience of working in a diverse range of sectors, including senior management experience. Our coaching serves include:
- Executive Coaching - aimed at senior managers
- Management Coaching - aimed at managers, usually as part of a wider leadership programme
- Performance Coaching - aimed those transitioning to new roles or seeking to make a step change in personal performance
- Career Coaching - aimed at those reviewing their career or seeking a career change
Coach selection & development
Embrion has worked with ILM to develop a sophisticated coaching competence framework, using behavioural anchored rating scales. We can use this framework to help you select coaches prior to coach training, review the current development of coaches in your pool or programme personal development plans for members of your internal coaching pool.
Practical coaching supervision rooted in science
Embrion’s highly qualified team can provide in-house coaching supervision for your organisation, for both management and safety coaches. We can build programmes to address your own specific needs.
We tend to advocate between 3 and 4 supervision sessions per year, which typically include CPD, group and 1-1 personal supervision.
We can also provide supervision training for your more experienced coaches, including one of the UK’s few nationally recognised coach supervision programmes: the ILM Certificate in Coach Supervision.
